First before I start I need to apologize for my vent session that is about to take place. This is in NO WAY directed toward a specific person. I am merely venting.

I am completely and utterly frustrated. I am TRYING so so so hard to get these orders done. This takes TIME people. I am not going to sacrifice the quality of my product just to get them done faster. I know i’ve said before and I’ll say again, I had over 300 pending orders on April 1 after the last order was placed. If you figure there to be an average of 10 bows in 300 orders, that is THREE THOUSAND bows. How long would it take you? That is not including the 72 tutus, the 28 shirts and the 19 bow holders that were ordered. So, for me to be more than half way done with all that, I don’t think i’m doing to bad.

I know I said I would have all orders out by the end of this month, and that is STILL my goal. I will let everyone know as that time gets closer how things are going.

So that being said, If you ABSOLUTELY can not wait for your bows, email me and I will give you a refund. I’m sorry, but I can not take the nasty emails any more. Especially when I am working as hard as I can and sacrificing as much as I am.

For those of you who have been so patient with me, my 3 kids, my husband and my life. Thank You so much for understanding. I <3 You

I know I was probably one of if not THE last order you took, and I am waiting patiently for my bows! It helps that I follow your FB page, so I know a little more about what’s going on. But HOLY COW 3,000 is a LOT of bows!! Kudos to you, woman! I woulda given up and refunded everyone! lol Thanks for all you do.

I have no pending orders, but I feel that I need to say something. I’ve had tons of bows from you. You are the most diligent, customer pleasing person I’ve ever worked with when ordering bows. You know this, because I’ve told you, but I think everyone needs to know! Jessica has custom made many bows for me. If you want questionable-quality bows at a super fast rate, go to a boutique store where the bows are made in large quantities. If you want bows that you KNOW will last, that are made from love and hard work and are excellent quality, then just wait patiently until Jessica gets caught up=) It’s totally worth it!!! I would wait as long as needed just to have her bows! My daughter LOVES the creativity and quality of Jessica’s bows! Keep up the great work, girl =) You know you have a lifetime customer in me =)

I cannot believe you are still getting mean and rude emails after youve kept us up to date on how youre doing. You have 3 kids for crying out loud i cant believe some dont understand that. I know a lot of orders werent just 10bows! so i bet you had/have way more than 3,000 to do!! I tried making bows…well started off with clippies. lol. and i gotta give u bunch of props cause it would take me a good while just to make a pair! lol. so i just gave up. your bows are in great quality and i know as your customer that matters to me. i dont want them falling apart when i get them but i also understand you were swapped with orders and that this time it will take a few while. i have a pending order but till this day I am just here waiting patiently i know it will all be worth while! Keep up the super duper work and creativity!! I know i will be coming back for more!!

Hun we’re here for ya! Don’t let it get to you. The kids and I definitely know you’re working your butt off. We’re anticipating you getting these orders wrapped up as much as your customers are anticipating receiving their orders.

Let me tell ya all, they’re coming! There’s a lot of good stuff waiting for our family at the end of the road like our daily lives returning to normal. Thanks everyone for being so patient. :)

Hello I just wanted to say that I also make bows and tutus as well and I know from experience that it takes alot of time and patience to perfect every bow and tutu. I get flustered as well when I have to make many bows for a craft show or market days. It is time consuming but worth all the work when a customer appreciates your hard work and creativity. Good luck to you and I hope that others that send you nasty emails read your blogs and comments and understand that you are not a manufacturing company that makes 100 bows an hr. You are a single person business that has built your reputation upon customer satisfaction and appreciation for your quality bows and tutus! Good luck to you in the future and you do make beautiful bows!

Let me just say that Jessica has always made the best bows we have ever bought no disrespect to anyone else that makes bows but hers have a quality that you cant find anywhere else! We have and always will love the bows that we have gotten from her and I would wait a year for them to show up because I know that they WILL show up and they will be well worth the wait! You take your time girlie your the best, your an amazing mommy too and you would think that everyone would understand that being a mommy comes first no matter what you do for a living!

  • Sorry your getting nasty emails I can’t wait for mine but thanks for posting and keeping us up to date!

I ordered at least 30 bows from you if not more plus my bow holder! I rather wait on my bows then getting them done half fast! You will always have me as a customer && I will continue to wait patiently because no other places bows compare to yours!
